Shipping Information:

Orders will generally ship within 24 to 36 hours by USPS priority mail. Lupine Collars will drop ship directly from the manufacturer. We now have a $8.00 flat shipping fee for all orders shipped by ground or USPS priority mail. Overnite shipping will be more depending on destination and weight of package. Please inquire on shipping cost before placing Overnite shipping orders.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. All returns must be in their original unopened packaging, in new and unused condition. Refunds will be made by method of payment once the returned items are received and evaluated. All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of purchase, prior to email confirmation that your order has shipped and made via email to info@stubbyscatnipcorner.com If orders ship prior to cancellation the order will be treated like a return.
